“Wearable art” is on exhibit in the UWRF library’s Harriet Barry Gallery beginning October 16th. The exhibit includes a broom skirt; a duct tape suit; dresses made from seeds, paint swatches, and silk flowers; a cellophane rain coat; accessories and much more. The pieces were created for 2010’s exhibit and wearable art fashion show hosted by Gallery 120 located in downtown River Falls. This year’s opening at Gallery 120 is November 11th. The fashion show will take place November 25th.
