Celebration of Research, Scholarship and Creative Achievement submissions sought

On April 1, 2014 we’ll once again Celebrate the Research, Scholarly, and Creative Achievements (CRSCA) of UW-River Falls faculty and staff.  CRSCA is an annual event sponsored by the library, the Office of Grants & Research, and the Office of the Provost, in which we honor the work of our faculty and staff that goes on outside of the classroom.

Submissions are now being accepted.  Citation information must be received by the end of the day on Monday, March 10 in order to be included in the CRSCA booklet.  You can review submission guidelines and submit information about your scholarly or creative activity directly to the library by using the online form at http://www.uwrf.edu/CRSCA/SubmissionForm.cfm.

As in past years, the library will mount displays and host an all-campus reception in the library atrium from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

Copies of your work, which must have been written, created or presented in 2013, can include books, journal articles, and book reviews; academic posters or papers presented at regional or national conferences; funded grants; artwork or performance art (video/audio recordings), etc. must be delivered to the library by Friday, March 14, 2014 to be included in the display.

If you have already submitted work to CRSCA thank you for participation!  Please mention this opportunity to your colleagues who might be unfamiliar with CRSCA so that we have a good representation of the important work that our faculty and staff produce all across campus.

Please visit http://www.uwrf.edu/CRSCA/ or call Valerie Malzacher at 3224 if you have questions.
